Silver Medal for 70+ team!!!

After much mix-up with the playing time, game on as planned.

The 70+ team did a great job in the semi finals, playing against the Myths and Legends team. The team played very well and won - securing a place in the finals against Guam.

Everyone contributed to a successful run, however could not sustain the energy and effort. Finally game down in the last quarter.

Excellent effort by every team player playing to their best ability. A silver medal very well deserved and worth the efforts!!!

We're excitingly waiting for the 65+ team to take on the finals tomorrow!

 

On Track for Semi Finals

The 70+ played Guam in the last of the qualifying round. This team now enters the semi final play-offs on Friday and Saturday with the Final on Sunday. We have confidence of achieving a medal.

The 65+ team has 2 round games to play on Friday and Saturday. All going well we hope to achieve a successful campaign for our team entering final on Sunday. Watch this space for medal postings.

Game Won!

Everyone is now starting to gel in the team and getting co-ordinated. This shows in our result today - WE WON!!! We played against the Myths & Legends 65B (red), and we won by a mile!

We'll keep up the good work for another game tomorrow!
